The announcement released today at 15:20 hrs (RNS 3947O) stated that Kevin Pakenham will remain the senior independent chairman.

It should read that Kevin Pakenham will remain the senior independent Director.

Changes in a Director's Role

As required by the UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company advises of the following change to the information disclosed in respect of the Board of Directors. 

Claire Boyle will become chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 October 2019.  Kevin Pakenham will remain the senior independent Director.
