On 04 December 2007 Aberdeen All Asia Investment Trust PLC bought back 16,000
ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 238.0 pence per share. Following
the buy back, there are16,589,767 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back
will be financed out of the capital reserve.
