On 18 March 2008 Aberdeen All Asia Investment Trust plc bought back 50,000
ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 199.3 pence per share. Following
the buy back, there are 16,323,367 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back
will be financed out of the capital reserve.
