ABERDEEN ALL ASIA INVESTMENT TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 29 February 2012 Aberdeen All Asia Investment Trust PLC purchased 40,000 ordinary shares at 316.0 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

14,616,572 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

840,795 Ordinary shares held in treasury

15,457,367 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
