New Bank Facility
The Company is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new unsecured one year £6 million multi-currency revolving facility agreement with Scotiabank Europe plc (the "New Facility") which replaces an £8 million unsecured facility with Scotiabank (Ireland) Designated Activity Company that matured today.
The existing drawings of £5.5 million have been rolled under the New Facility to 14 September 2020 at an all-in rate of 1.50713%.
