The Board announces that, Nicholas George, who has been a non-executive Director of the Company since January 2010, will retire from the Board on 30 April 2016.

Commenting on his retirement David Shearer, Chairman of the Company, said:

"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Nick for his significant contribution to the Company over the last six years and we wish him well in his future endeavours.

It is the Board's intention to recruit a new independent non-executive Director in due course and a process has commenced."
