Issue of Equity


The Company announces the allotment on 29 September 2005 of 325,000 ordinary
shares of 25 pence each under its block listing facility.  The issued share
capital is now 24,537,133 ordinary shares.

The shares were issued for cash at a price of 439.75 pence per share.  The net
asset value per share as at the close of business on 28 September 2005 was
423.03 pence per share.
