Issue of Equity



The Company announces the allotment on 29 November 2005 of 425,000 Ordinary
shares of 25 pence each under its block listing facility.  The issued share
capital is now 25,112,133 Ordinary shares.



The shares were issued for cash at a price of 457 pence per share.  The net
asset value per share as at the close of business on 28 November 2005 was 439.11
pence per share.
