ABERDEEN NEW DAWN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC (the 'Company')

The Company announces that it has entered into a new three-year £20,000,000 multi-currency loan facility (the 'Facility') with the Royal Bank of Scotland plc. HKD150,100,000 (equivalent to approximately £10,900,000) has been drawn under the Facility to repay a previous loan facility which has now expired.
