The Company announces the following purchases of Warrants to subscribe for
Ordinary shares, in the market, for cancellation:

55,000 A Warrants purchased on 16/12/99 for cancellation at 114p each
135,000 B Warrants purchased on 16/12/99 for cancellation at 74p each

Following the above transactions 592,323 Series A Warrants remain in issue and
2,481,437 Series B Warrants remain in issue.
