Please note that the announcement issued on 20 February 2015 at 17:03hrs (RNS No: 5262F) showed the total of issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) as 124,452,010.  This should read 124,432,010.  Therefore the Ordinary shares held in treasury is 2,503,655 and not 2,483,655. The announcement has been updated.  All other information remains unchanged.

ABERDEEN NEW DAWN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 20 February 2015, Aberdeen New Dawn Investment Trust PLC purchased in the market, 45,000 ordinary shares at 182.5p pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

124,432,010 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

2,503,655 Ordinary shares held in treasury

126,935,665Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
