ABERDEEN NEW DAWN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 18 September 2015, Aberdeen New Dawn Investment Trust PLC purchased in the market, 30,000 ordinary shares at 148.6833 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

123,430,610 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

3,505,055 Ordinary shares held in treasury

126,935,665 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
