ABERDEEN NEW DAWN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 2 April 2015, Aberdeen New Dawn Investment Trust PLC purchased in the market, 40,000 ordinary shares at 189.8125p pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

124,333,010 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

2,602,655 Ordinary shares held in treasury

126,935,665Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
