The Company announces that on 22 May 2000 it purchased in the market 453,796
Series A Warrants and 1,712,046 Series B Warrants to subscribe for Ordinary
shares, for cancellation at 124.5p and 85.3p per Warrant respectively.
Following this transaction, 74,787 Series A Warrants and 529,842 Series B
Warrants remain in issue.
