Announcement pursuant to Chapter 5.29 of
the admission of Securities to Listing
In accordance with the subscription rights attached to the Warrants to Subscribe
for Ordinary Shares ('the Warrants') of Deutsche Latin American Companies Trust
PLC a holder of 1,000 Warrants has exercised their right to subscribe for
Ordinary Shares at 1OOp per share. Accordingly application has been made to The
UK Listing Authority for the listing of 1,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p. These
Shares will rank pari passu and form one class with the Ordinary Shares of the
Company in issue on 2 July 2001 save that they will not be entitled to receive
any dividend in respect of the financial year ended 28 February 2001.
Copies of this announcement will be available free of charge for 14 days at the
registered office of the Company.
