Directorships held in publicly quoted companies pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13(1).

Current Directorships:

BlackRock Frontiers Investment Trust plc, of which Audley Twiston-Davies is non-executive Chairman, announced on 17 December 2010 that its ordinary shares had been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
