Directorships held in publicly quoted companies pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13(1).

Current Directorships:

JPMorgan Brazil Investment Trust PLC, of which Professor Victor Bulmer-Thomas is a non-executive Director, announced on 26 April 2010 that its ordinary and subscription shares had been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
