The Company announces that following consultation with shareholders, and in relation to Resolutions 6 and 7 contained in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting on 20 September 2012, Ordinary shares would only be issued by the Company, or sold from treasury, at a price per share which represented a premium to the prevailing estimated net asset value per share.
