RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

New India Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") hereby gives notification that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 11.00am on Thursday 23 September 2010, all the Resolutions, as set out in full in the Notice of Meeting contained in the Annual Report which was sent to shareholders on 21 June 2010, were duly passed.

 

As set out in the Annual Report, Ambassador Andrés Rozental retired as a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
