Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

At the AGM of Aberdeen New India Investment Trust PLC ("the Company") held today, 6 September 2018, all resolutions in the Notice of the Meeting as set out in the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2018 ("Annual Report"), were passed on a show of hands.
