STANDARD LIFE INVESTMENTS PROPERTY INCOME TRUST
ACQUIRES DE VILLE COURT, WEYBRIDGE, SURREY
The Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust ('SLIPIT') on 22 February
2006 purchased an office investment at Heath Road, Weybridge for £4.443m,
representing a net initial yield of 6%.
The investment comprises two interlinked buildings. A modern office developed in
1999 extending to 9,456 sq.ft. and a restored coach house providing 10,687
sq.ft. The property is let to Alliance Unichem plc on full repairing and
insuring leases subject to 5 yearly upwards only rent reviews expiring on 31
March 2015.
The property was valued at £4.515m by CB Richard Ellis on an open market basis
in accordance with the RICS appraisal and valuation standards.
