APPOINTMENT OF FINANCE DIRECTOR
API Group plc announced today the appointment of Mr David Walton ACA (35) to
the Company and Board as Group Finance Director with immediate effect. Mr
Walton was previously a senior Vice President of AGT Inc, a publicly traded US
Company in the graphics industry, prior to which he worked for Wace Group and
Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. He has fulfilled both financial and
operational roles and has worked in the United States, France and Asia
Pacific.
Mr Walton replaces Mr Dennis Holt (57), who has resigned from the Board. Mr
Holt has been Finance Director of the Group since 1990. The Board thanks
Dennis Holt for his contribution to the Group over many years and has great
pleasure in welcoming Mr Walton as his successor.
