Jason Baggaley (age 37), Property Fund Manager at Standard Life Investments has
been appointed as the lead fund manager of Standard Life Investments Property
Income Trust Limited, replacing David Stewart who has assumed additional
responsibilities for the Standard Life With Profit Fund.


Jason Baggaley is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has
a BSsc (Hons) Land Management. He has been employed by Standard Life Investments
since 1996 and has over 16 years of property investment management experience.
