The Company was informed on 10 December 1999 that Mr David Hudd, a Director of
the Company, had on that day purchased 1,325 ordinary shares at 340p per
share. Following this purchase, Mr Hudd is interested in 10,000 shares,
representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's total issued ordinary share
capital.
