Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust is pleased to announce it has completed the sale of Century Plaza Edgware for £6.4m, reflecting a yield of 6.9%

The mixed use retail, leisure and residential building was valued at the sale price at 31 December 2009 to reflect the offer received, but had been valued at £5.7m prior to the offer.
