This announcement replaces the announcement made by the Company yesterday with
RNS number 0647c. Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited's percentage
holding in the Company was wrongly stated as 5.70% - this should have been
5.63%. The announcement remains the same in all other respects.

The Company was notified on 26 April 2006 that Credit Agricole Cheuvreux
International Limited has an interest in 1,935,000 ordinary shares of 25p each,
representing approximately 5.63% of the issued share capital of the Company.
These shares are registered in the name of Credit Agricole Cheuvreux
International Limited. By virtue of Section 203 of the Companies Act 1985 Credit
Agricole SA, Caylon SA, Credit Agricole Cheuvreux SA and SAS Rue La Boetie also
have an interest in these shares.
