Notification of interest in shares under section 198 Companies Act 1985 ('the
Act')
API Group Plc announces that it has today received notice from SVIIT Investment
Managers Limited ('SVIIT IM') of Burleigh House, 357 Strand, London WC2R 0HS
that SVIIT is interested in 1,500,000 ordinary shares of API Group plc.
This interest arises, as to 756,137 ordinary shares, in its capacity as general
partner of The Strategic Recovery Fund Limited Partnership (L.P.9141) and, as to
743,863 ordinary shares, in its capacity as manager of the Schroder Ventures
International Investment Trust PLC ('SVIIT') SRF co-investment scheme.
SVIIT is the holding company of SVIIT IM and is interested in the above shares.
The registered holder of all the above shares is Barfield Nominees Limited
Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3DA, Channel Islands.
