     NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING IN RELATION TO THE OPEN OFFER





Following the Company's announcement earlier today in relation to the fully
underwritten open offer to raise approximately £8.0 million (before expenses),
the Company is pleased to announce that it expects to despatch a prospectus to
shareholders today convening an Extraordinary General Meeting at 2:00pm on 9
January 2008 (the 'EGM').  The EGM has been convened to approve the resolutions
set out in this morning's announcement.



An expected timetable of events is set out below.
