API Group plc (the 'Company')

API Group plc have been notified that following the novation of funds from
Norwich Union Investment Management Ltd to Morley Fund Management Ltd, both
wholly owned subsidiaries of CGNU plc:

 a. Norwich Union Investment Management Ltd no longer has a notifiable interest
    in the ordinary shares of the Company, and
 b. Morley Fund Management Ltd was interested in 2,439,555 ordinary shares
    (7.21 per cent) of the Company
