Re: Portfolio sale
Following the recent portfolio sale SLIPIT has repaid £9.85m of debt under the
RCF. No repayment fee was payable. The repayment has reduced gearing to 30%. The
company plans to reinvest the remaining funds from the portfolio sale and has
identified two opportunities already.
The RCF with RBS has been reduced from £20m to £5m to reduce non utilisation
costs as the company does not intend to materially increase gearing in the short
term.
