Following the Open Offer which has raised GBP8 million for the Company, the
Company has the following shareholders  holding more than 3%:
 
1.      Steel Partners II, L.P.: 35.7% shareholding
 
2.      Wynnefield Capital Inc.: 31.5% shareholding
 
3.      Goldman Sachs (CFD position): 9.1% shareholding
