Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust is pleased to confirm it has completed two significant lettings.

At Bourne House Staines it has completed an agreement for lease on the whole building. The 25,780 sq ft office is currently being refurbished, and the new lease will start on completion of the works which is expected in June 2014. The new lease is for a term of 10 years at a rent of £687,640pa (£28psf on the office area), with a tenant break in year seven.

The Company has also completed a letting on the whole of the fourth floor St James House Cheltenham on a 10 year lease at a rent of £144,500pa. The building is now fully let.

Following the lettings the Company has a void rate of only 2.1 % of ERV and only three vacant units remaining.
