AMENDMENT

Please note that the announcements released on 12 December 2014 at 11:58hrs (RNS No: 6412Z) and on 17 December at 14.35hrs (RNS No: 0602A) stated that the first interim dividend is payable to ordinary shareholders on the register at close of business on 30 January 2015. This should state that the fourth interim dividend is payable to shareholders on 30 January 2015.

The announcement has been updated.  All other information remains unchanged.

Aberdeen Smaller Companies High Income Trust PLC

The Board of Aberdeen Smaller Companies High Income Trust PLC has declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.65p per share in respect of the year to 31 December 2014 (fourth interim 2013: 1.60p) payable on 30 January 2015 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 9 January 2015.  The ex-date is 8 January 2015.
