The Board of Aberdeen Smaller Companies High Income Trust PLC has declared a third interim dividend of 1.5p per share in respect of the year to 31 December 2011 (third interim 2010: 1.5p) payable on 31 October 2011 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 14 October 2011.
