The following amendment has been made to the "Portfolio Disclosure Announcements" announcement released on 13 August 2014 at 10:29 under RNS No 0162P.

The previous announcement referred to Aberdeen Asian Smaller Companies Investment Trust. This has now been changed  to Aberdeen Smaller Companies High Income Trust PLC.

 All other details remain unchanged.

Aberdeen Asset Management PLC announces that the unaudited monthly portfolio listings of the following investment companies, as at 31 July 2014, are now available on the respective company websites.  Unless otherwise disclosed financial assets have been valued on a fair value basis using bid prices, or, if more appropriate, a last trade basis:
