Change of Name

 

Standard Life UK Smaller Companies Trust plc (the "Company") announces that its name has changed, with effect from 25 October 2021, to abrdn UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust plc. The change of name was approved by the Company's shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 21 October 2021, and the Company has today received final approval from Companies House to effect the change.

 

In line with the change in name, the Company's ticker will change to AUSC with effect from 28 October 2021. The Company's SEDOL and ISIN are unchanged.
