To facilitate the conversion, the remaining Continuation Shares (i.e. those which are not converted on 14 April 2009) will be given, and traded under, a new ISIN number.

The conversion does not affect trading in, or transfers of, existing Ordinary Shares.

An announcement will be made in the next few days of the conversion ratio, the percentage of Continuation Shares to convert on 14 April 2009 and the new ISIN number for the Continuation Shares.
