Result of Meeting of Holders of 7.75 per cent. Debenture Stock 2023



On 24 August 2006, the Company wrote to its debentureholders, convening a
meeting to give it the ability to repay the same proportion of the debenture as
shares are retired under the equity tender offer that the Company proposes to
undertake shortly.

The meeting was held earlier today, and the Extraordinary Resolution of
debentureholders was duly passed.

The Company intends to post details of the equity tender offer to its 
shareholders in early October.
