Expiry of Warrants 

Further to the announcement made on 26 September 2008, the Directors announce that the unexercised warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company at 100p per share have expired without being exercised. Under the terms of the deed poll constituting the warrants, they are therefore deemed to have lapsed at 5.00 p.m. on 6 October 2008. The listing of the warrants on the Official List was cancelled on 22 October 2008.
