The Directors announce that the Final Subscription Date for the exercise of the Company's Ordinary Share Subscription Warrants will be 6 October 2008.

The last day for dealings in the Ordinary Share Subscription Warrants for normal account settlement will be on 1 October 2008; thereafter, dealings will be for cash settlement only. Dealings in the Ordinary Share Subscription Warrants will be suspended at 7.30 a.m. on 7 October 2008.

Terms used and not defined in this announcement will bear the meanings given in the letter to shareholders dated 15 August 2008.
