Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it has today issued 100,000 new Ordinary shares for cash at a price of 341.75 pence per Ordinary share. 67,790 shares have been issued under the Company's blocklisting facility which was approved on 28 April 2011. The remaining 33,210 shares have been issued under a new blocklisting authority which was approved on 03 January 2014.

Following this issue of shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 70,154,370 with each Ordinary share holding one voting right.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 70,154,370 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
