Periodic Tender Offer

As part of the Company's discount control policy, set out in its prospectus dated 23 December 2008, the Board stated its intention on a six monthly basis commencing in June 2010 to offer shareholders the opportunity to exit some or all of their investment in the Company (the "Periodic Tender Offer").   The Company has today published a circular (the "Circular") setting out terms of the first Periodic Tender Offer together with details of how Shareholders can tender Shares if they wish to do so.

Record Date for the Periodic Tender Offer	Close of business on 25 February
Latest time and date for receipt of Tender Instructions	3 p.m. on 20 June
Closing Date:  latest time and date for receipt of Tender Forms	3 p.m. on 23 June
Calculation Date	Close of business on 30 June
Result of Periodic Tender Offer and Tender Price announced	7 July
Settlement Date:  cheques despatched and payments through CREST made and CREST accounts settled	14 July or as soon as practicable thereafter
Share certificates despatched	19 July or as soon as practicable thereafter

Copies of the Circular, the tender form and the tender instruction will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
