3.5 per cent. Convertible unsecured loan stock 2018 ("CULS") - First interest payment

The first interest payment due on the CULS issued by the Company is for the period from 29 March 2011 (date of admission to trading of the CULS on the London Stock Exchange) to 29 September 2011, inclusive. The payment will be made on 30 September 2011 to CULS holders on the register on 9 September 2011.  The ex-date is 7 September 2011.
