RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Standard Life UK Smaller Companies Trust plc (the "Company") hereby gives notification that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, 22 October 2015, all the Resolutions, as set out in full in the Notice of Meeting contained in the 2015 Annual Report which was sent to shareholders on 22 September 2015, were duly passed.
