The Board of Standard Life UK Smaller Companies Trust plc confirms the retirement of Carol Ferguson as a Director following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 25 October 2018.
The Directors wish to record their thanks to Carol for her outstanding advice and guidance over the last ten years, serving the Company as Director and Senior Independent Director.
As announced in the 2018 Annual Report, Tim Scholefield has today replaced Carol as the Company's Senior Independent Director.
