6-monthly Tender Offer

In light of the Company's Ordinary shares trading, on average, at a premium of 0.3% to net asset value per Ordinary share over the last 12 months and continuing to trade at a premium, the Board intends to exercise its discretion not to conduct a tender offer at the 31 December 2013 tender date.

It remains the Board's intention to consider a regular tender offer at 6-monthly intervals and to offer shareholders the opportunity to tender their Ordinary shares where it is in their interests to do so. Accordingly, the next review by the Board will be in six months' time, prior to the 30 June 2014 date.
