3.5 per cent. Convertible unsecured loan stock 2018 ("CULS") - Half-yearly interest payment

Interest is due on the CULS issued by the Company for the six month period to 30 March 2015.  The payment will be made on 31 March 2015 to CULS holders on the register on 6 March 2015.  The ex-date is 5 March 2015.
