3.5 per cent. Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2018 ("CULS") - Half-yearly interest payment

Interest is due on the CULS issued by the Company for the six month period to 29 September 2017.

The payment will be made on 29 September 2017 to CULS holders on the register on 1 September 2017. The ex-dividend date is 31 August 2017.
