3.5 per cent. Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2018 ("CULS") - Half-Yearly interest final payment

The final interest payment is due on the CULS issued by the Company for the six month period to 30 March 2018. The payment will be made on 29 March 2018 to CULS holders on the register on 2 March 2018. The ex-dividend date is 1 March 2018.
