In light of the final conversion date of the 3.5 per cent. convertible unsecured loan stock 2018 ("CULS") issued by Standard Life UK Smaller Companies Trust plc (the "Company"), being 29 March 2018 (the "Final Conversion Date"), the Company has requested that the UK Listing Authority suspend the listing of the CULS with effect from 7.30 am on 3 April 2018.

The results of the final conversion are expected to be announced on 3 April 2018, following the passing of the Final Conversion Date.
